Chrome corundum grinding wheel is made of industrial alumina powder as the main raw material, adding an appropriate amount of metal oxide and smelting in an electric arc furnace. Its color is light rose red, its hardness is similar to that of white corundum, and its toughness is higher than that of white corundum grinding wheel. And this grinding stone is made of chrome corundum.The big grinding stones are installed on cutting and grinding assembly of tobacco leaf cutters. They’re to be used to grind the leaf cutting machine rotary blades, which must always be kept extremely sharp because this has a vital influence on the quality of the cut tobacco. Properly honed blades also increase precision and produce less dust in cutting tobacco. Our grinding wheels are made from chrome corundum material which is not only suitable for regrinding the rotary blades for cutting tobacco leaf, but also perfect for rotary knives cutting tobacco leaf stem. Four pieces of abrasive wheels are placed in a carton box which is laid with pearl cotton to separate one grinding wheel from another.
