Rotary cutter guides are installed on tobacco leaf rotary cutters like Hauni KT2 and KTC. After tobacco bales are compressed and transported by upper and lower band slat converyors, they enter a "mouth" formed up by bottom blade, left hand and right hand guides. The function of such a "mouth" is to hold tight tobacco bales and provide support and get them ready for the cutting carried out by the knife roller with 8 knives. Because of the long time contacting and friction from flavored tobacco bales, the guides need to be replaced after a period of time.
