Conveyor Chain Link for Garbuio Dickinson Legg RC4 Tobacco Leaf Cutting Machine

Our conveyor chain links are made from manganese brass or lead brass, with coated surface or uncoated surface. Chain links are locked into each other to build a long conveyor belt, and there are two sets of such conveyor belts on a tobacco leaf cutter, the upper conveyor band and the lower conveyor band. They run at a specific speed ratio, and thus compress and transport the tobacco bales in between the conveyor bands, andd then feed the tobacco leaves into the "mouth" to be cut by the rotary cutter blades. In about a month, the band chains needs to be took apart and cleaned because of its contact with flavored tobacco strips. As a type of consumable, brass chains( also known as chain links) need to be replaced from time to time, roughly once a year. Intime supply of the chain links plays an important role in ensuring normal operation of tobacco primary processing lines. 

we usually make the bellow commonly used band slat chains which are compatible with Hauni primary processing machines.

A: For stocked blades, it only needs one day to send your sample. For customized blade drawing, it may be within 15-30 days.

A: It depends on the complexity of the blade, or the quantity you ordered.
If it is our standard project, we will only need 2-3 business days to send out your goods.
If you have an urgent deadline, we will see what we can do.
