After the double-length filter cigarette is cut into two single finished cigarettes by the cutting drum, this drum rotates one row of single cigarettes by 180 degrees. It unifies the filter tip direction of two opposite rows into a single aligned stream for subsequent inspection and rejection process.

Our turning drum can be customized in TTO (Turn To Outside) mode or TTI (Turn To Inside) mode according to customers’ machine layout and downstream conveying direction.
